By downloading, installing, or using the LifeUK app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

LifeUK is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Life in the UK Test. Our services include:

• Access to practice questions and mock tests

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

5. User Content

Any content you submit to the app (such as progress data, scores, or feedback) remains your property. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LifeUK makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy or completeness of our content
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• That any errors will be corrected

Important: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that using our app will result in passing the official Life in the UK Test. Success depends on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LifeUK, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
